Last War Transfer Surge Report (July 2026): Where 6,742 Players Went in G421–548

A military convoy crossing a cracked desert wasteland at dusk, headlights on, ruined city skyline on the horizon

The Short Answer

The July 2026 Last War Transfer Surge just redrew the map for warzone group 421–548. Out of 24,536 tracked top-200 players (per LastWarHub's matched dataset), 6,742 commanders — 27.5% — changed servers, carrying power equal to roughly 26% of the group's tracked top-200 pool — about 1.23 trillion — in one two-day window.

I pulled the full mover table from LastWarHub's community report and re-ran every number myself. Search it right below — then keep scrolling for which servers won, which got gutted, the busiest migration highways, the alliance convoys that moved as one, and what happened on my home server, 493. New this update (July 12): the live in-game seat map — all 128 warzones, their open state and exact seat quotas, read straight off the Transfer screen the day the window opened.

Which Servers Won the Transfer Surge — and Which Got Gutted?

The single biggest winner was server 430: +7.57B net power from 125 arrivals against 105 departures. The biggest loser: server 532, which bled −20.08B across 172 departures — the largest exodus in the group. LastWarHub's before/after snapshots show 532's top-200 power pool collapsing from 34.35B to 21B. That's a 39% haircut in one event.

  • Server 509 is the churn hub. It took the most arrivals in the entire group (138) — and still lost 8.56B net, because 159 players walked out the other door. High traffic is not the same as winning.
  • Server 531 won on quality. Its headcount was basically flat (88 in, 90 out), but it gained +4.68B — fewer, heavier commanders. Its tracked power pool jumped from 26.08B to 31.56B.

Alliance Convoys: Who Moved Together?

Eleven alliances executed coordinated 30+ member moves down a single route — twelve by LastWarHub's pre-move-tag count (see the warning below). Here's every convoy visible in the mover table (tags shown are post-move — the banner they're flying at the destination):

But the single-route convoy list undersells what actually happened. Group by destination instead of route and the real story appears — recruitment drives:

  • [9Z6] consolidated 68 players onto server 449 — arriving from 16 different origin servers, 13.29B combined. That's not a convoy; that's a mobilization.
  • [Pn4u] gathered 44 players onto 461 from 27 different servers. Twenty-seven. Somebody ran a recruiting operation across half the group.
  • [GRRM] pulled 59 onto 430 (8 origins), [sky] 50 onto 482 (18 origins), [X1C] 50 onto 426 (17 origins).

Who Actually Moved? The Power Distribution

For all the community discourse about mega-whales steamrolling servers, this migration was the upper-middle class on the move. 61% of all movers (4,110 of 6,742) sit in the 150–200M bracket, the median mover carries 181.5M, and only a handful crossed 300M. The single heaviest mover: Goldenfighter at 632.2M (532 → 545).

What Happened on Server 493?

Home turf report. 493 came out of the Surge almost perfectly balanced — 38 arrivals, 37 departures, +0.48B net — and per LastWarHub's server table the tracked power pool ticked up from 42.26B to 42.61B. Quiet on the surface. Not so quiet underneath:

  • The [Kx0] tag landed 19 commanders on 493 — the biggest arrival group by far, coming in waves from servers 421 and 504 (six each), 479, and beyond. Front of the column: Uzapop (307.6M, #39 overall in this entire migration), Captain Blué (263.5M), and 베배뱌벼뵤 (255.0M).
  • [dTf] brought 14 more arrivals.
  • Going the other way, an [ArD] group of ten headed to 485 (Fleadaddy, Commander little, whooda, and AzerinnD among them), and seven [Uu1] members left for 491.

What It Means: The Hub-Server Spiral

Three patterns stood out to me from this Surge:

  1. Traffic and strength are different things. The top destinations (509, 430, 431, 527) each absorbed 115+ arrivals, yet a hub like 509 still ended 8.56B lighter — and not one of 128 servers was arrival-only; every single one lost people too. Arrival volume tells you a server is interesting. Net power tells you whether it's winning.
  2. The dying-server spiral is real, and it's fast. 532 lost 39% of its tracked power pool in two days. Once your heavy hitters start leaving, the calculus changes for everyone who stays — which is exactly how a −20B event happens. It's the lesson the community keeps re-learning on r/LastWarMobileGame: don't leave too late.
  3. The whale paradox. The group's total tracked pool actually shrank 0.6% (4.69T → 4.66T), even though these numbers can only see moves inside the group. When whales pile onto the same servers, players who used to make their server's top-200 fall out of the sample. Concentration hides power below the waterline.

Transfer Surge FAQ

How many players changed servers in Last War's July 2026 Transfer Surge (G421–548)?

6,742 of 24,536 tracked top-200 players — 27.5% — moved between servers 421–548 in the July 2026 Transfer Surge, carrying roughly 1.23 trillion power, based on WARDAWGG's recomputation of LastWarHub's crowd-collected mover data.

Which server should I transfer to in group 421–548?

Look at net moved power, not arrival counts. Servers 430, 471, 460, 431 and 495 gained the most net power this window, while high-traffic hubs like 509 actually lost power to churn. Scout activity and timezone fit before you spend 50 transfer tickets — the searchable mover table on this page shows exactly who landed where.

Should I leave a dying server or stay?

The data says dying servers spiral fast — server 532 lost 39% of its tracked top-200 power pool in two days. Community veterans consistently advise not to leave too late: once the heavy hitters start moving, recruitment collapses and the exodus accelerates.

Can a dead server recover?

Rarely, but it happens with quality inflow. Server 531 kept a flat headcount (88 in, 90 out) yet gained +4.68B because heavier commanders replaced lighter ones. Reviving a server usually takes several transfer windows of coordinated, high-power recruitment.

How do whole alliances transfer together?

In coordinated convoys. Eleven alliances moved 30+ members down a single route this window — [LioN] alone moved 52 players from 434 to 436 — and some re-flagged mid-move. Destination seat limits per power tier make convoy planning essential.

The In-Game Seat Map: All 128 Warzones, Live

Everything above is the aftermath — a roster diff of who ended up where. This is the board as it was set: pulled straight from the in-game Transfer screen on server 493 when the July window opened (Stage 1/2, July 11–13), every one of the 128 warzones, with the exact seat quotas the game actually enforced. This is the layer the community mover data literally cannot see — and it explains the movement above.

In-game Transfer Surge screen: the Warzone Transfer Points table with fully-open 7,091 and semi-open 19,920 thresholds, seats by tier, and home server 493 highlighted in green In-game Event Guidelines popup listing the exact seat quotas: 40/30/3 for limited open, 60/40/5/1 for semi-open, and 2 Elite point-based seats for fully open
Straight from the game, no screenshots of screenshots: (left) the live Warzone table — Transfer Points, open state, and seats by tier (white Follower · blue Trailblazer · purple Contributor · gold Elite), our home 493 highlighted green; (right) the Event Guidelines that define every quota. Captured on server 493, July 11.
Fully Open32 warzones

Transfer Points below 7,091. The game throws the doors open to rebuild the server: 2 Elite seats on a point-based rule (combined transfer points ≤ a cap, total transfers ≤ 400). These are the reclamation projects.

Semi-Open64 warzones

The healthy middle. 60 Followers · 40 Trailblazers · 5 Contributors · 1 Elite — the only state that lets an Elite-tier commander walk into an otherwise-thriving server.

Limited Open32 warzones

Transfer Points above 19,920 — the fortresses. Just 40 Followers · 30 Trailblazers · 3 Contributors · 0 Elite. No Elite seat at all: you cannot buy your way into the strongest servers. Home server 493 is one of these.

The group split almost perfectly 25 / 50 / 25 — 32 fully open, 64 semi-open, 32 limited open — offering 9,184 incoming seats in total (5,120 Follower · 3,520 Trailblazer · 416 Contributor · 128 Elite).

Which seat are you? Your power tier decides

Your own Transfer Points — your highest historical power (top-15 heroes + top-3 squads + buildings, tech, Drone and Overlord) — sort you into one of four tiers. That tier is the seat you occupy at the destination, and seats are scarce from purple up:

Follower< 3.02M
Trailblazer3.02M – 11.40M
Contributor11.40M – 28.00M
Elite> 28.00M

Every tier costs the same 50 transfer tickets — but the number of seats collapses as you climb, which is exactly why coordinated alliances fight over the handful of Contributor and Elite chairs. In practice the white Follower seats fill first; the blue Trailblazer row is the usual bottleneck (we watched servers sitting at 6/40, 7/40, 10/40 blue while their white seats were long full).

Every Warzone in the Group — Search the Board

All 128 warzones, their Transfer Points, open state, exact seat quota by tier, and — cross-referenced live from LastRank — the #1 alliance holding each one. Filter by state, or search a server number or alliance tag. The Filled column is the live seat counter read off each server's recruitment card — captured for all 128 warzones, verified one by one against each server's open state. It's a snapshot from the moment of capture (July 11), so seats kept filling after. Fully-open warzones show only their Elite counter (0/2) and a per-server Transfer-Point cap — by design they have no white / blue / purple seats to fill.

The 10 Strongest Alliances in the Group — After the Dust Settled

These are the post-transfer standings. Pulled live from LastRank on July 12, two days after transfer day (July 10) — so this is who actually came out on top once every whale had picked a side and landed. The banners that stacked the most power when the music stopped:

Home stand: Server 493

Our warzone came up Limited Open (21.7K Transfer Points — 24th of 128, the top ~19% of the group), so no Elite seat was ever on offer here. Our alliance [Kx0] The Kings Order holds #1 on 493 at 33.5B — a top-20 banner among the group's 128 server champions. When the recording was taken, president [KxO] Wardawgg 독언니 had the transfer board managed and the seats going fast.

How Transfer Surge Works (Quick Refresher)

For anyone new to the event, per the official support notes and community guides (Last War Tutorial, Last War Handbook): the Surge runs about 14 days in stages after a season ends; a move costs 50 transfer tickets; you can only move within your transfer warzone group (nearby servers of similar age — that's why all of this happened inside 421–548); destination seats are limited per power tier; and alliance R5s can't apply without stepping down first. Your buildings, heroes and resources travel with you. The exact per-tier quotas and each warzone's open state aren't guesswork here — the seat map above reads them directly off the in-game screen for all 128 servers.

Where this data comes from: LastWarHub's migration report — crowd-collected top-200 total hero power per server, snapshotted before (~July 9) and after (July 11) the transfer window, matched player-by-player (24,536 matched). I re-computed all per-server, route, convoy, and 493 figures directly from their published mover table and spot-checked them against the article's own aggregates. Full credit to the LastWarHub team and contributors for the collection work.

Known limits, stated plainly:

  • Only each server's top 200 is sampled — activity below that line is invisible. On servers whose top-200 collapsed (like 532), the falling cutoff also makes low-power arrivals newly visible, which can inflate their "in" counts.
  • Two instruments, two numbers — and now both are here. The mover table diffs full top-200 rosters across the July 9–11 window; the seat map is the in-game transfer counter itself (seat bookings for the stage, by power tier), captured on 493 on July 11. They measure different things and won't match line-for-line — read the mover data for who moved and the seat map for how the board was set.
  • The two snapshots are ~2 days apart, so a sliver of "moved power" is just natural growth — and if transfer stages remained open after July 11, later moves aren't captured.
  • Transfers out of group 421–548 don't appear at all.
  • Alliance tags and power are post-move values.
  • These are unofficial community statistics — solid for trends, approximate at the decimal.

Sources & Verification

Corrections (July 13): an independent automated audit re-derived every number in this report from the raw mover table and live sources (and re-runs before any update ships). Three wording fixes came out of it, listed plainly: [476A] at 36.5B is the group's second-strongest banner (behind [LcD]'s 36.7B on 539), not the strongest; [Kx0] is a top-20 banner among the 128 server champions, not top-10; and 493's 21.7K Transfer Points sit in the top ~19% of the group (24th of 128), not ~15%. Everything else checked out to the decimal. Spot an error? Mail [KxO] Wardawgg 독언니 in-game — corrections get named credit.
